  The manager is the most incompetent, inconsiderate person I've ever met. He tends to interfere with the wonderful tailor who tries to do the right thing. They are so extraordinarily expensive, that instead of giving free plastic collar extenders they wanted to charge me for a pair, after I've spent $450 at the store. Another coupled with their child was there trying on a suit, and the manager tried to explain how this suit fit. The poor 10-year-old didn't realize that the manager was just looking for money. Based on my experience, I suggest you stay away from all Jos. A. Bank stores. They are so l terrible even the Freehold store is closing.
