  I had the pleasure of signing up with GuardMe through Mike Gawler. Mike made me feel at ease with signing up with GuardMe. I had contacted and researched many companies before and I just wasn't sure. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and really cares about the customers. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need and customized my alarm system to my specific needs. I could not have had a better experience. I would recommend GuardMe to anyone looking for home security but I would say ask for Mike, he will take care of you and he's just a really nice guy. He is very patient as I asked many questions and put him through the wringer, anyone else would have moved on to the next call but he was there throughout it all even while I researched him and the company while he was on the phone. I am very satisfied with the exceptional level of customer service.

  GuardMe Security was nothing short of fantastic! Eugene was our technician that install the system and was very neat and thorough with the entire process. He also made sure we knew exactly how the system worked and went through every function of the panel and the online app. Great! Great! Experience!
